Salary: $65,000 – $90,000 annually + potential bonus

Are you a motivated leader with a strong background in HVAC, wholesale distribution, sales, or operations? We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead our team and drive the success of a growing wholesale HVAC distribution location.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the branch, including sales, customer service, warehouse, and delivery functions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
• Drive branch sales, profitability, and overall business growth
• Recruit, coach, develop, and hold employees accountable
• Partner with sales and operations teams to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Monitor inventory, purchasing, and branch expenses
• Ensure a safe, organized, and efficient branch environment
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and expand the customer base
• Work closely with company leadership to achieve branch and company goals

What We’re Looking For

• Leadership or management experience in HVAC, wholesale distribution, plumbing, electrical, building materials, or a related industry
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team
• Sales-minded with a strong business acumen
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer and technology skills
• A hands-on leadership style and willingness to jump in wherever needed
