Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.

• Source, screen, and interview candidates through various platforms and strategies.

• Coordinate interviews, provide candidate feedback, and manage job offers.

• Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure a smooth hiring process.

• Represent the company at job fairs and recruiting events.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume or multi-role environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.

• Energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about people.
