We are seeking a versatile and proactive Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. While your primary focus will be Accounts Payable, we’re looking for a utility player who can contribute across financial operations when needed.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:
🔹 Review, match, and process high-volume vendor invoices
🔹 Manage vendor relationships and respond to inquiries
🔹 Reconcile statements and resolve billing discrepancies
🔹 Assist with month-end close and reporting
🔹 Keep accurate records and maintain AP documentation

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
✔️ Has 1+ years of Accounts Payable or bookkeeping experience
✔️ Is highly organized with strong attention to detail
✔️ Can meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Is proficient in Microsoft Excel and general accounting systems
✔️ Brings a team-player attitude with a strong work ethic
