What You’ll Do
🌎 Multi-State Facilities Management
Lead facility operations across all branches and distribution centers.
Manage leases, expansions, build-outs, and renovations.
Ensure all properties are maintained to the highest safety and performance standards.
Build and manage vendor relationships and facility service contracts.
🚚 Commercial Fleet Leadership
Direct all aspects of our commercial vehicle fleet, including acquisition, maintenance, safety, and compliance.
Monitor fleet performance, implement efficiency programs, and lead cost-control initiatives.
Ensure DOT and regulatory compliance across all states.
- Roll out driver training and safety programs in partnership with HR and Safety.
- Understanding of transportation and safety regulations
🧭 Strategic Oversight & Team Leadership
Develop and manage facility and fleet budgets.
Lead a small team of coordinators and work cross-functionally with Operations, HR, and Finance.
Track KPIs and report to executive leadership on key performance metrics and strategic initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
7+ years of experience in facilities and/or fleet operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Expertise in commercial real estate leases, maintenance operations, and vehicle fleet management.
Strong knowledge of DOT/FMCSA compliance and regulatory requirements.
Exceptional organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience managing multi-site operations across state lines.
Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and fleet/facility management software.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Facilities Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
